Nick Cox

Nick is the Founder and CEO of HighRidge Strategy. He partners with executives and business leaders to set vision and strategy to take their business to the next level. He has experience leading c-suite engagements in growth and corporate strategy, business model innovation, operating model, and operations and supply chain strategy. His experience spans industries and functions, from finding growth for a large network of independent distributors for a national bakery to creating the new organization for an $80B acquisition in Life Sciences.

Prior to HighRidge Strategy, Nick was an executive in Accenture's CEO & Enterprise Strategy practice and co-founded Pinkston Strategy, a strategy firm that integrated Strategy & Communications to build growth strategies and drive demand in target markets. Before consulting, Nick worked in aerospace manufacturing as a site leader of operational excellence, helping turn around a stagnating business to achieve double digit growth.

Nick earned an MBA from Duke University as a Fuqua Scholar with international residencies in Shanghai, Santiago, Istanbul, and New Delhi. He earned a Bachelors of Industrial & Systems Engineering from Auburn University, where he graduated summa cum laude, University Honors Scholar, and was a member of the Auburn University Drumline.

While not building businesses, Nick enjoys spending time with his wife, Jamie, their two kids and 10-year-old Weimaraner puppy, Luna.
